Managing Partner
Mr. Werimo received a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Nairobi (intellectual property) in December 2014. He is a registered patent agent with the Kenya Industrial Property Institute.
Werimo undertook his pupilage at the firm of Ochieng’, Onyango, Kibet & Ohaga from November 2004 to December 2005 and later served as a trainee associate until his admission to the bar as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2006. Upon his admission he was retained as an associate and thereafter admitted to partnership at TripleOKLaw Advocates LLP in 2013. In April 2016 Werimo resigned as partner and co-established the firm of Echessa & Bwire Advocates, LLP.
During the 14-year period in practice Werimo has gained unparalleled experience in areas relating to civil and criminal litigation, commercial and conveyancing, family law, intellectual property, ICT and media law. Mr. Werimo has had the opportunity to present and argue cases on behalf of various clients are the different levels of courts and tribunals in Kenya.
